The prices we quote always include shipping.
We work with 2 carriers, UPS for packages and DHL for pallets.
The total order weight ultimately determines the carrier.
< 120 kg = UPS
> 120 kg = DHL
The production time of a book is 7* working days**.
Following approval*** of your files, your order will be shipped on the 7th working day.
* 7+ working days in November & December.
** Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
*** on working days before 12:00.
If we receive the approval outside of the stated criteria, that day will no longer be included as a working day.
