When you create an account, your name, address, email address and phone number are used to automatically fill in the checkout details for future orders.

However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Our team members have access to this information to complete, process orders, make refunds and support you.
How long we keep your dataWe generally store data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we collect and use it. We keep order information for 2 years, after this period the order information is completely anonymized. This information includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping address. Billing information is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This information includes your name, email address and billing address. For users registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information. When you leave a comment, that reaction and the metadata of that reaction are stored forever. In this way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up responses instead of having to moderate them.
What rights do you have over your dataYou have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.
